Accommodation

The official hotel of the event is hotel “Olympic” (45, Engels Street, Khanty-Mansiysk).

The largest hotel in Ugra amazes its guests with an exceptional design and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located within a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. It includes 380 rooms: suites and junior suites, single rooms and double rooms. Hotel “Olympic” is within 7-10 minutes drive from the venue of the FIDE World Team Championship and the FIDE Women’s World Team Championship – Ugra Chess Academy. All the rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities: TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, shower, etc. At your disposal are restaurant «Olympus», lobby bar, gym, free Wi-Fi, ATM, car parking and souvenir shop.

Participants shall be accommodated in the official hotel. Rooms are booked through the Organizing Committee.

Free accommodation in single rooms with full board will be provided to 6 team members (4 players + 1 reserve + 1 team captain) during the Tournaments, 16th of June (only lunch and dinner), 28th of June (only breakfast).
